Service Availability
Loonine is offered to users physically located in the countries listed below. Users opening the app from any other country will see a "not yet available in your region" notice. The list expands gradually as we complete the operational and regulatory work for each new market.
The programmatic source of truth is the /v1/app/countries API endpoint, which the iOS app reads on startup. This page mirrors that list for human readers; the Privacy Policy and Terms of Service reference it.

The Loonine API checks the country of every incoming request via Cloudflare's IP geolocation header. Requests from a country not on this allowlist are rejected with HTTP 451 (Unavailable for Legal Reasons) before reaching any business logic. The iOS app converts this into a clear full-screen notice for users.
Customer enrolment also requires a phone number whose country code is on the same allowlist. A business in an allowed country cannot enrol a customer whose phone is registered in an unsupported country.
